Statement of Disbursements


This quarterly document publicly reports all disbursements made from House Allowances. The information found in the Statement of Disbursements is compiled from an office's Monthly Financial Statements.

Prior to the final printing of this report, a draft of your office's portion of the Statement of Disbursements is mailed to your office for review. If you have a question or find an error in the Statement of Disbursements, please notify your Financial Counselor or the Office of Finance's Customer Service Representatives immediately.

Copies of the Statement of Disbursements may be obtained from Legislative Resources, 5-1300, 1036 Longworth House Office Building, or the Documents Room, 5-3874, in the Basement of the Ford Building (House Annex II).
