Carrier Route Delivery Reports are a printout of your congressional district's postal routes and the number of mail stops (pieces needed) for 7 different groups (City-Business, City-Residential, Rural-Business, Rural-Residential, Highway-Business, Highway-Residential, and PO Box). The Office of Mailing Services is now receiving this information weekly from the USPS. Reports can be obtained by calling x-54355.

Postal Patron or Simplified Address mailings require the use of a Congressional District Delivery Report and Facing Slips to process the mailing to U.S.P.S. standards. The Congressional District Delivery Report is a printout of your congressional district's postal routes and the number of mail stops (pieces needed). Facing Slips are similar to the Franks that were produced for the Folding Room. The Office of Mailing Services (x-54355) is now producing Facing Slips (Franks) for congressional offices.

NOTE: New reports should be used with each Postal Patron mailing to insure the mailing is processed with the most up to date information.
