"Postage Due" Account
| Postal Operations is responsible for the receipt and processing of all U.S.P.S. deliveries of "Postage Due" (i.e., short paid, undeliverable as addressed, and address correction) mail, the assignment of applicable charges to individual mailers, and securing payment through the Finance Office for refurbishment of the U.S.P.S. Business reply Account. |
