Mail via courier is collected in pouches and or drop boxes and does not enter the United States Postal Service system. THE WHITE HOUSE COURIER: 202-395-7005 This service ensures prompt delivery of official correspondence to all White House
offices, including the Executive office of the President, the Executive Office Buildings,

THE STATE DEPARTMENT COURIER: 202-647-4000 State Department Couriers collect Congressional correspondence for delivery to the
State Department twice a day, at approximately 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday

THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION COURIER: 410-965-3930 Correspondence from Congressional offices to the Social Security Administration is
carried by special courier. This process by-passes the Postal System, as well as the
