POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR DISTRIBUTION OF "DEAR COLLEAGUE" LETTERS

Congressional offices with "Dear Colleague" letters for distribution should bring them to Postal Operations, B-225 Longworth.
Postal Operations is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 10:00 PM. After hours, "Dear Colleague" letters may be deposited in the "Dear Colleague" drop box in front of B-225 Longworth.
DEADLINE for inclusion in the Morning Delivery: 9:45 AM
DEADLINE for inclusion in the Afternoon Delivery: 1:45 PM
For Saturday pick-up of "Dear Colleague" letters, call the Postal Operations mail room at X63440 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
It is required that you attach a cover letter of instructions and authorization to the following amounts.
