BULK MAIL SERVICES

Bulk mail is a class of mail that allows you to take advantage of special rates allowed by the United State Postal Service. There are minimum volume requirement, 200 pieces that qualify, not 200 pieces total.
The Office of Mailing Services in B-241 Longworth, 5-4355, can help you qualify your mailing to meet United States Postal Service requirements.

They can;

  • process your address list(s)and sort it/them to USPS qualifications
  • provide that sorted list(s) to your office or vendor of your choice
  • provide your office or vendor with necessary reports, i.e. District breakdown report, facing slips, sorting software certification
