Please fill out OSM Transfer Form. DC to District Office (DO) transfers are done through OSM (OSM will pick-up, pack and ship through UPS items (some exceptions apply) going to the DO).

DO to DC transfers are arranged by the DO. Please call your OSM Counselor to get current value of item and arrange for insurance, packing and shipment.
