DEPARTING MEMBER INFORMATION


All departing Members must coordinate with OSM final inventories in DC and the District Offices. Members must account for all items that are on their current inventory. Please contact Michelle Conners at x57848 to schedule the final inventory.


DISTRICT OFFICE PURCHASING OF EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE FOR DEPARTING MEMBERS

Departing Members must inform OSM in writing of items they would like to purchase from any of their district offices listed by CONTROL #, SERIAL #, DESCRIPTION and LOCATION, and provide a contact person with telephone # that would be valid through June 30, 1997. The deadline for providing this information will be close of business on January 2, 1997. New Members will have the option of keeping all equipment. If they decide to remove equipment within the first 6 months the departing Member or designated representative will be contacted as to the availability of any items from the list provided of possible items that could be purchased pending removal..
