Pins, Parking and Paychecks

Lapel Pins and Identification

All Members (and spouses) receive lapel pins which should be worn at all times when Congress is in session. The Members pin allows you access to the House floor and also serves as identification for access to all the Capitol buildings and parking garages, as well as areas designated "Members only" (such as the Members Dining Room ) throughout the Capitol. You will receive your Members Pin at your swearing-in ceremony in January.
