Job Summary:
A high energy Democratic Member seeks a Legislative Director (LD) who is creative and has the ability to work extended hours during the legislative session. The incumbent will oversee the legislative staff and keep the Member informed of pending legislative matters, manage legislation initiated by the Member, provide the Member with floor statements when necessary, meet with constituents, and answer mail. Capitol Hill experience preferred.
