Job Summary:
Incumbent serves as a technical resource in support of some of the functional aspects of distributed hardware and software and network operating systems. Responsibilities include assisting in configuration operation, software and hardware installation, integration, security awareness, performance monitoring and knowledge of some of the following related application software; e.g., E-Mail, groupware, distributed storage management, performance monitoring tools, automated operations, and Internet services.

Requirements:
Minimum of two years experience with distributed platform hardware and software. Some knowledge of local area network and network operating systems in use by the House. Skill in installing, configuring, and integrating vendor supplied hardware and software. Experience in using a variety of communications software packages. Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience.
