Job Summary: This position is with the Enterprise Computing Group. Incumbent is responsible for coordinating the team effort in accomplishing the work assignments. This includes planning, organizing, and leading technical projects and personnel. This is the first level of management where the individual has oversight for a technical project to ensure success in meeting customer requirements. At the HS-10 level, the incumbent leads projects/programs having client importance, visibility, complex technical activities and staff with more specialized skills than at the HS-9 level.

Requirements: At least seven years of experience in the data processing area. Bachelor or Science degree or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated technical knowledge. Ability to plan, schedule and execute technical tasks. Technical expertise to adequately communicate orally and in writing with team members, H.I.R. management, staff and the user community. Ability to evaluate technical data and present recommendations to H.I.R. management staff. Ability to lead and supervise technical and non-technical personnel in a team environment.
