Job Summary:
Incumbent will direct and manage the Integration Group in the design and integration of new, cost-effective services, oversee development schedules, and ensure that the products or services are thoroughly reviewed and assessed to effectively meet the information needs of the U.S. House of Representatives. Responsibilities include planning new development of information systems, designs and implementation of applications and leading the efforts of providing excellent innovative service to the U. S. House of Representatives. At the HS-13 level, the incumbent will have lesser technical expertise and managerial experience than the level HS-14.

Requirements:
Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent discipline. Extensive work experience in a combination of technical/managerial disciplines. Demonstrated understanding of the opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness through information services and demonstrated skills in managing large complex information systems. Integration and inter-operability of systems and services are a high priority.
