You are eligible if your employing office has indicated that you are permanent or part-time on your Payroll Authorization Form (PAF), those persons designated as temporary or D.C. Intern are not eligible for the Federal health insurance program. Please consult your Payroll counselor in the Office of Finance for your designation.
