Inventory Management

 Asset Management regularly conducts a biannual inventory of all House furnishings.

At any time, an office may request a physical inventory by service order or x62421. Guidelines to follow at the time of inventory are:

• Personal items should be removed from your desks.
• Clear important papers from desk tops.
• A staff member should be present if possible.
