REFUNDS


Vending machines are administered by the CAO's Office of Support Service, Food Service, located in B-361 Rayburn.

From time to time vending machines will malfunction. Certainly, we regret the inconvenience caused by a machine malfunction. It is our interest to return any monetary losses you suffered and to affect repairs to the machine as soon as possible.

Internal control policies prohibit vending attendants from making refunds from the vending machines. Refunds can be obtained by stopping in Rayburn Room B-361 anytime between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please be prepared to give the type and location of the machine that caused the shortage. It is particularly important to specify the brand/type of beverage machine. That is: Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola or juice machine.

Please call the Office of Support Service, Food Service, 5-7078, to report machines that are not working. We will call the appropriate organization to repair the machine.

If you have any questions or concerns, or work a shift that does not allow you to visit the office during the specified hours, call John Hitzel at 6-2948. He will make appropriate arrangements to refund any losses you may suffer.
