Question: Who can reserve space in the U.S. House of Representatives?

Answer: Members and Officers of the U.S. House of Representatives may reserve rooms under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Speaker.

Question: Are there any restrictions on the use of the rooms under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Speaker?

Answer: Yes. The rooms must be used for Congressionally related purposes which serve the needs of Members, Committees and Officers of the U.S. House of Representatives. Rooms may not be used for fund raising purposes, personal celebrations and other purposes not related to Congressional business.

Question: How do I reserve a meeting room?

Answer: Capitol, Cannon, Longworth and Rayburn Buildings
