FUNCTION PLANNING REPRESENTATIVES


The Chief Administrative Officer's Office of Media and Support Services, Food Services provides special event consultation and advice under the leadership of Joan DeCain. Ms. DeCain is available to assist any office prepare for important events such as resources for catering, audio/visual requirements, building access, room set-up, display assistance and/or any other resource that may be required to produce a successful special event. Ms. DeCain is assisted by the Special Events Coordinator, Octavia Tuohey. Either person may be reached by telephone at (202) 225-3374.

Actual room reservations are handled by several offices, including the Office of Support Service, Food Service. Regardless of the room you are reserving, the Food Service office stands ready to provide consultation and assistance. There are some Committee rooms used for special events from time to time. Those rooms are under the jurisdiction of Committee Chairman and reservations must be made through the Committee. Those rooms are not included in the reservation information noted below.
