Government Fares
Government fares are discounted fares that are available for government employees traveling on official business. The use of government fares does require certain documentation:
2. Payment using a Government Transportation Request (GTR). (This form of payment is used primarily by committees.)
3. If the form of payment is not one of the above, then an Official Travel Authorization (OTA) must accompany the form of payment (cash, check, or personal credit card.)
Personal Fares
Utilizing the largest airline data base, our personnel can access the lowest fare available in the market, but until the reservation is actually booked and ticketed, the fare is subject to change. The only way to guarantee a fare is to purchase the ticket.
